ROCKY ROAD CHOCOTINI
Ingredients
1 oz. vodka
1 oz. chocolate liqueur (such as Godiva)
1 oz. crème de cacao
1-2 Tbsp. Rocky Road Hot Cocoa Mix
1 oz. half-and-half cream
Chocolate shavings and/or chocolate ball (for garnish)
Instructions
In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, chocolate liqueur, crème de cacao, Rocky Road Hot Cocoa Mix, and cream. Add a handful of ice cubes to the shaker. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well mixed and chilled. Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
To garnish you can sprinkle some chocolate shavings on top and skewer a chocolate ball on a cocktail pick and add to glass.
